Exchange Policy

Exchange requests will only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, returned in the same condition they were received in.
Items can only be exchanged once.
If you bought from us, exchanges and returns will be handled directly with us.

Please Note:

Next-day shipping is only available in Amman; orders should be placed before 2 PM.

Orders to any other city will be delivered within 1 - 3 working days.

Please take the time to try on the item(s) while the courier waits to avoid additional fees.e
Deliveries will not take place during Fridays.
Standard Shipping fees are 3 JOD but vary depending on location.
The courier attempts to deliver your package 2 times only, after which your order gets cancelled.
In the case of an exchange or return, if the courier fails 2 times to pick up the order, then the request will be cancelled.

We recommend opening and trying on the item(s) while the courier waits to avoid the need for returns.

Shipping fees apply to returns.

Item(s) purchased on promotion, sale, or using a coupon are not eligible for returns.

Approved return items will be refunded within 3 days.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include the packaging. (No tears, no rips, no stains etc.)
